I offer guided trips on the Moray Firth as well as sea kayak coaching and paddle health sessions. Everything I offer is underpinned by a philosophy of safe paddling for maximum enjoyment and whole-health benefit. I tailor my coaching to ensure that you not only improve your skills technically and tactically, but you gain a real understanding of why it is so good for you.
