The guest suite is on ground floor, double room, bathroom, large living room which includes a double sofa bed. Access to decking area with views across the beach. Tea & Coffee facilities with fridge & microwave oven. Included in your stay is fresh milk & home bakes. One well behaved dog is welcome. Pet fee will be added at time of booking.
The space
Property comprises of lounge/diner which includes a large sofa bed. One double bedroom including wardrobe, cupboard, iron & ironing board. A utility room with washing machine , microwave oven , coffee machine kettle & toaster. Please note , there is no full oven. Crockery is available.
Private bathroom with walk in shower. ( small edge to step over to access shower)
All rooms have sea views and we are right opposite the Beach. This is an ideal position for walking, cycling, fishing, golf and touring the area.
Guest access
The guest suite has its own private access which is a Stable door to Hallway, with Shower room, Double bedroom and Large Lounge with flatscreen TV, WiFi, Gas fired wood burner, tea & Coffee facilities, dining table & chairs, window seat. This is attached to the main house at the end of the corridor. This door will be locked during your stay so that you have full privacy in your suite. Guests are welcome to use the garden , with large decking area, overlooking the beach.There is a step down into property when you arrive and through gate and 2 small steps once inside ( one from back door into hall way and one step up into living space)

This is a Perfect location in Lossiemouth, easy walking to woods, beach, local shops.
The beach is right on the door step making this an ideal location for family’s and guests who love a beautiful sun rise!
We are located on the Moray Whiskey trail so plenty of distillery’s to visit in the local area.
